In short: we collect only what's needed to run your learning and keep your account safe. We never sell your data. Privacy-first for minors.

1. What we collect

Account (name, email, phone, grade, optional parent contact), learning progress & results, payment status, and — for security — device, app version, IP and approximate location, and sign-in times.

2. Why

To deliver lessons, track progress, process payments, send messages you chose, and protect your account (detect suspicious logins / prevent sharing).

3. Children

Most students are under 18. We ask for parent/guardian consent at sign-up. Profiles show only first name + last initial; no contact details, no messaging. Parents can review or remove a child's data anytime.

4. How long

Account data while active; security logs up to 12 months, then deleted. Delete your account and we remove your data (except legally-required records).

5. Sharing

Only trusted providers (video, payments, messaging) processing on our instructions. We never sell your data.

6. Your rights

Access, correct or delete your data via Settings → Privacy, or email privacy@onlinetuition.mu.
