Yes. Every subject lets you watch the first few lessons free, and new students get a trial period to explore before subscribing. No card needed to start.

We cover Grades 6–13 grouped by level — Primary (PSAC), Lower Secondary (NCE), O-Level (SC) and A-Level (HSC). Pick your grade and you'll only see the subjects that apply to it. You can add more grades later.

Each subject is taught chapter by chapter by Mr & Mrs Choolun. Watch a lesson, download the exercise PDF, check the corrections, then take a quick quiz to lock it in. Pick up exactly where you left off, on web or the app.

For lab subjects like Physics, Chemistry and Biology we offer a separate Practical course alongside the Theory one — same lesson format, focused on exam practical skills. You can buy them separately, or get Theory + Practical together as a bundle and save. Inside a subject, switch between them with the Theory/Practical toggle.

Videos stream only (to protect our teachers' content) and can't be downloaded. Exercise and correction PDFs are available to view in the app. A stable connection gives the best experience.

After most lessons there's a short quiz. Score well to earn points and badges and climb the leaderboard. Got one wrong? Tap Watch explanation to jump back to the exact lesson that covers it.

Yes — where a subject has a Practical, checkout offers a Theory + Practical bundle at a lower combined price (you'll see the % you save). Both start together and share the same expiry date.

No — auto-renew is off by default. Your subscription simply ends on its expiry date unless you renew. You can opt in to auto-renew from your subscriptions page.

Because lessons are digital, we can't refund a subscription once its content has been accessed. That's why we give you free preview lessons first — try before you buy. If something's wrong, message us and we'll help.

On the login screen tap Forgot password. Choose to receive a reset link by email or a 6-digit code by SMS/WhatsApp, then set a new password.

Check your internet connection, then refresh or lower the video quality from the player settings. If it persists, fully close and reopen the app or browser tab. Still stuck? Message us on WhatsApp with the subject and lesson name.

Go to Profile → Notification settings to choose which reminders you get and how (WhatsApp, email or push). Payment and security messages are always sent.
